Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams in a fully remote, international environment.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support Product Owners and Development Teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The role emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and coaching across multiple teams, with a focus on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Experience leading workshops and Agile training sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
• Support Product Owners and Development Teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Promote Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Track team progress and help remove delivery impediments.
• Lead Agile workshops and training sessions.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
