Job summary

Aras Corporation, with a Poland-based development center, is seeking a Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and drive delivery of Aras Innovator projects. The role focuses on implementing structured agile processes, facilitating ceremonies, and guiding the team toward measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will balance stakeholder expectations, foster collaboration between Product Owner and team, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic PLM-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Strong business orientation and ability to balance team needs with company goals.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration within the company.
• Attention to detail and enforcing quality standards.
• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time with a structured approach.
• Strong adaptability to switch contexts quickly.
• Fluency in Russian and English at upper intermediate level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support structured agile processes aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate team meetings and events to drive progress toward goals.
• Drive the team’s progress toward project goals.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with a balance of efficiency and business impact.
• Set up and monitor project and team metrics for measurable outcomes.
• Provide transparency on project status for stakeholders.
• Identify and address impediments to maintain momentum.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog.
• Protect the team from scope creep while delivering business value.
• Foster collaboration between the Product Owner and the team.
• Mentor the team on workflow optimization and pragmatic delivery.
