Qualifications

6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master/PM/Delivery Manager or similar
Demonstrated ability to balance team needs with business goals
Strong teamwork and collaboration across functions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Structured, diligent approach to on-time project delivery
Ability to switch contexts quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Fluency in Russian; upper intermediate English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

Establish and support structured agile processes aligned with business objectives
Facilitate team meetings and events to drive progress toward goals
Drive team progress toward project goals
Lead continuous improvement with focus on business value
Set up and monitor project and team metrics for transparency
Provide full transparency on project status to stakeholders
Identify and address impediments to maintain momentum
Assist Product Owner with maintaining a business-driven backlog
Protect team from scope creep while delivering business value
Foster collaboration between Product Owner and team
Mentor the team on workflow optimization and professional development
