Job summary

DCG Poland, acting as a recruitment partner, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile ways of working across delivery teams in financial services projects. You will organize sprint ceremonies, coach Product Owners, and align stakeholders to value-driven delivery.

The role emphasizes API-based architectures, cloud technologies, DevOps, and AI-enabled delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, monitor health and quality, and ensure on-time,

Qualifications

Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in tech environments.
Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
Experience with API-based architectures, cloud, DevOps and AI-enabled delivery.
Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working using Scrum and SAFe.
Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions and PI Planning.
Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and value delivery.
Coordinate deliveries across teams, vendors and technology groups.
Identify AI opportunities and promote AI-first mindset across SDLC.
Drive delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependency tracking and risk management.
