Job summary

Aras Corporation, with a Poland-based development center, is seeking a Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and drive delivery of Aras Innovator projects. The role focuses on implementing structured agile processes, facilitating ceremonies, and guiding the team toward measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will balance stakeholder expectations, foster collaboration between Product Owner and team, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic PLM-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Strong business orientation and ability to balance team needs with company goals.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration within the company.
• Attention to detail and enforcing quality standards.
• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time with a structured approach.
• Strong adaptability to switch contexts quickly.
• Fluency in Russian and English at upper intermediate level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the development of more flexible and reliable solutions for Aras Innovator. Who we are and what we do:

Aras is a software company specializing in the development of the Aras Innovator product, with a development center based in Poland.

Aras Innovator is a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform that enables the work with complex products, their components, and associated business processes. It provides end-to-end visibility and control across the entire product lifecycle - from concept and design to manufacturing and maintenance.

ASF team specializes in customizing the Aras Innovator to meet specific customer needs. The team delivers custom solutions, upgrades, cloud migrations, and other project types.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support structured agile processes that align with business objectives;
• Facilitate team meetings and events, ensuring they drive progress toward business goals;
• Drive the team’s progress toward achieving project goals;
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, balancing efficiency with business impact;
• Set up and monitor key project and team metrics, focusing on measurable outcomes;
• Provide full transparency on project status for all stakeholders;
• Identify and address impediments promptly to maintain momentum;
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog;
• Protect the team from uncontrolled scope creep while ensuring business value is delivered;
• Foster close collaboration between the Product Owner and the team;
• Mentor the team on workflow optimization and professional development, while maintaining a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Delivery Manager or similar positions;
• Strong business orientation, ability to balance team needs with company goals;
• Strong teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration within the company;
• High attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards;
• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time with a structured and diligent approach;
• Strong adaptability and ability to switch between different contexts quickly;
• Fluency in Russian;
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle;

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in project management;
• Certifications in Agile Methodologies;
• Experience with structured project methodologies;
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Higher education, preferably in psychology, management, or a related field;
• Experience working with stakeholders and aligning interests between business and development teams;
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in Project Management/Scrum Mastering.
