Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery in Kraków. You will lead team ceremonies, maintain the Kanban board, and promote DevOps practices while aligning the team with the product vision and backlog refinement.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to create clear user stories with acceptance criteria and help the team continuously improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

Min. 3 years delivering Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies.
Able to gather, analyze and communicate product requirements clearly.
Willingness to adapt to changing needs and technologies.
Excellent teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile practices within the development team and run ceremonies.
Set up and manage the Kanban board; ensure content quality and reporting.
Promote DevOps usage; train new developers and ensure adherence to Agile.
Monitor progress and facilitate sprint planning and workshops.
Help identify bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Leads on product vision and user stories.
