Job summary

Software Mind is seeking an Agile Coach to shape a delivery organization where autonomous teams and AI-enabled practices drive measurable outcomes. You will work across multiple engineering teams, Product, and leadership to improve delivery effectiveness and remove systemic constraints.

You willCoach teams towards greater autonomy, facilitate workshops, and partner with leaders to scale proven practices while prioritising Product Discovery and backlog clarity.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Agile environments as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Experience coaching multiple software development teams.
• Proven ability to drive improvements beyond a single team's boundaries.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Managers and senior leadership.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Lean/Flow principles.
• Experience using delivery metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, WIP) to support decision-making.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on outcomes rather than Agile ceremonies.

• Use delivery metrics to turn insights into measurable improvements.
