Job summary

Seargin Ltd in Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to support and develop the effectiveness of three engineering teams, adapting Agile approaches to their needs.

You will act as a servant leader and change agent, facilitating process improvements and guiding teams through organizational changes.

Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners and leaders to improve goals, accountability and delivery, while promoting transparency and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an engineering environment.
• Practical knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven experience driving team-level or organizational change and improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across leadership roles.
• Ability to operate in environments with different Agile processes or models.

Job description

• Support and develop the effectiveness of three engineering teams while adapting the approach to their Agile processes and specific needs
• Act as a servant leader and Agile change agent, focusing on team effectiveness beyond Scrum ceremonies and facilitation
• Process Improvement
  • Identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities and drive sustainable solutions across teams
• Change Management
  • Facilitate process and organizational changes while supporting teams through transformation and new ways of working
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Team Leads, and other leadership stakeholders
• Support effective escalation and de-escalation of issues and help stakeholders reach constructive solutions

  • Help teams establish clear goals and improve alignment, accountability, and delivery effectiveness
• Promote collaboration, transparency, critical thinking, and continuous improvement while sharing lessons learned across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with shorter experience considered only in exceptional cases
