Software Mind is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to lead and coach cross‑functional teams across Polish and British projects, including developers, testers, DevOps and data engineers. You’ll help teams deliver value in an Agile environment, facilitate ceremonies, and shield the team from impediments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in agile environments.
• Willingness to act as a hands-on work coordinator and adapt hats.
• Proven ability to demonstrate value delivered by development teams and Scrum Master role.
• Experience driving cross-team improvements with Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Ability to think independently and pragmatically, not rigid SCRUM.
• Experience engaging with CTOs and Team Leaders to present solutions.
• Ability to say no and manage workloads.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and meet sprint goals.
• Show the value delivered by teams and by the Scrum Master role.
• Improve processes across the wider team and with PO/business/QA.
• Adapt approach pragmatically, not by the book.
• Coordinate day-to-day work, switching hats as needed.
• Facilitate communication and Scrum ceremonies.
