Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support three engineering teams. The role emphasizes servant leadership, agile change, and cross-team collaboration to improve delivery and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with engineering managers, Product Owners, and leaders to identify obstacles, drive improvements, and foster a transparent, continuous-improvement culture across projects in a dynamic multinational tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in an engineering environment.
• Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Strong leadership mindset and influence without authority.
• Proven change management and improvement track record.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with different leadership and organizational roles.
• Familiar with multiple Agile processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the effectiveness of three engineering teams.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile change agent.
• Identify obstacles and drive sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate process and organizational changes during transformation.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, Product Owners, and team leads.
• Support escalation and de-escalation of issues with stakeholders.
• Help teams establish clear goals and improve alignment.
• Promote a collaborative, transparent, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Apply critical thinking to improve team and organizational effectiveness.
• Use Agile principles and scaling frameworks to support cross-team work.
• Share successful change initiatives and lessons learned.
