Job summary

Seargin Ltd in Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to support and develop the effectiveness of three engineering teams, adapting Agile approaches to their needs.

You will act as a servant leader and change agent, facilitating process improvements and guiding teams through organizational changes.

Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners and leaders to improve goals, accountability and delivery, while promoting transparency and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an engineering environment.
• Practical knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven experience driving team-level or organizational change and improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across leadership roles.
• Ability to operate in environments with different Agile processes or models.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the effectiveness of three engineering teams while adapting Agile approaches to their needs.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile change agent.
• Identify obstacles and drive sustainable improvements across teams.
• Facilitate process and organizational changes during transformation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners and leaders.
• Support escalation and de-escalation to reach constructive solutions.
• Help teams establish clear goals and improve alignment and delivery.
• Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across the organization.
