Job summary

HAVI Kraków is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide agile delivery teams working on technology solutions within our global supply chain operations. You will coach teams, facilitate planning and reviews, and partner with Product Owners and engineering leaders to drive value and quality.

The role emphasizes Lean/Agile principles, scaling with SAFe, and fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across dispersed teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years serving as an active Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Participation in Program Increment (PI) planning as a Scrum Master.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, principles, and practices.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and empower the team to reach their highest potential.
• Excellent team player and team builder.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with personnel at all levels of the organization and with diverse personality types.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
• Ability to coach the team and mature agile best practices with changing priorities.
• Understanding of technical issues at a high level.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Must have strong familiarity with or experience working with SAFe.
• Experience scrumming multiple teams including geographically dispersed teams with hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Scrum, Kanban and other agile methods are followed as agreed by the team
• Proactively identifies and eliminates bottlenecks at the organizational level
• Facilitates Scrum events (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and ensures high-quality, on-time delivery of increments
• Collaborates with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and management to align on strategy, roadmap, delivery and release plans
• Promotes transparency, drives continuous improvement, and implements scaling frameworks across the organization (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Coaches team members on Scrum and agile best practices
• Govern the Definition of Done to ensure goals are fulfilled, including automated tests, security tests, and CI/CD results
• Works with product development teams to address gaps in fulfilling Done
