Job summary

DCG is seeking a Scrum Master in Poland to support two teams and drive agility across the delivery landscape. You will collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and a Poland-based Java cohort to implement Ways of Working and improve planning, predictability, and quality within the Credit Risk Platform ecosystem.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and a strong delivery mindset to unblock impediments and foster continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe.
• Practical experience with software development and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Coaching approach to supporting teams.
• Relevant certification is an advantage.
