Job summary

BlueSoft, a Poland-based software house, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams across projects within the Orange Group. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

The role offers remote work with monthly on-site presence in Budapest, collaboration with Product Owners, and emphasis on Agile metrics, transparency, and effective backlog management in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team workshops.
• Good understanding of Agile metrics and their practical application.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Supporting the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in day-to-day work.
• Identifying and helping remove impediments that affect team delivery and effectiveness.
• Supporting the Product Owner in effective backlog management and prioritization.
• Monitoring team progress and supporting continuous improvement based on relevant Agile metrics.
• Promoting Agile mindset and good practices across the organization.
• Helping resolve conflicts and facilitating constructive discussions within the team.

Cooperation Model:

Remote - with at least once a month presence On site in Budapest.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will support one or more cross-functional teams in effective delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, team members and other stakeholders to strengthen Agile ways of working, facilitate collaboration and help teams achieve their goals.

Nice to Have:

• Scrum Master certification (e.g. PSM, CSM or equivalent).
• Experience working in a large-scale or complex IT or Pharma organization.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches and frameworks, such as Kanban, SAFe or LeSS.
