We are looking to hire a Scrum Master to support our teams, including SAP ERP / S/4HANA Transformations, and help them deliver value across multiple domains in a remote-friendly, hybrid setup.

As a Scrum Master you will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate cross‑team dependencies, and ensure DoR/DoD, CSV and ALM testing standards are met.

Qualifications

• Expert SAFe Scrum Master with experience in an Agile Release Train.
• Background in SAP ERP / S/4HANA transformations, especially in Intercompany Supply Chain or Order Management.
• Experience in regulated (CSV) environments and global remote facilitation across multiple time zones.
• Strong commitment to servant leadership, psychological safety, and SAFe escalation pathways.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies: Team Syncs, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies with adjacent ARTs.
• Partner with deployment teams to align Fit-to-Template requirements.
• Ensure DoR and DoD compliance while fulfilling CSV and ALM testing standards.
• Facilitate PI planning breakouts and assist with capacity allocation to prevent spillovers.

What you will do:

• Facilitate SAFe Ceremonies: Lead Team Syncs, Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement for teams such as Sharks, Magic Tigers, or Orcas.
• Remove Impediments: Resolve blockers and coordinate cross-team dependencies with adjacent ARTs (Warehouse, Quality, Finance).
• Business Alignment: Partner with the D eployment team to integrate Fit-to-Template requirements.
• Ensure Compliance: Guide teams to meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) while fulfilling CSV and ALM testing standards.
• PI Execution: Facilitate breakouts during PI Planning and assist with capacity allocation to prevent spillovers.

What we are looking for:

• Expertise: Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM/SASM) with experience in an Agile Release Train.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in SAP ERP / S/4HANA transformations, specifically within Intercompany Supply Chain or Order Management.
• Technical Skills: Experience in regulated (CSV) environments and global remote facilitation across multiple time zones.
• Leadership: Strong commitment to servant leadership, psychological safety, and established SAFe escalation pathways.
