Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support ESW engineering teams in adopting scalable agile practices across SAFe and other frameworks. You will coach three teams, enable delivery improvements, and drive change initiatives that enhance collaboration and outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, documentation of outcomes, and collaboration with senior leaders to transform processes and culture.

Qualifications

• SAFe knowledge expected and understood.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Leadership mindset with ability to influence engineering teams.
• Proven track record of driving change initiatives.
• Ability to provide documented case studies describing changes and outcomes.
• Understanding of Agile processes and ability to work with teams using different frameworks.
• Ability to support and enable teams in improving their effectiveness and ways of working.
• Contribute to process improvements, cultural change and organizational development.

Responsibilities
