Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coach teams on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices.
- Support teams in improving collaboration, self-organization, and overall effectiveness.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact sprint goals and Program Increment (PI) objectives.
- Assist with project scheduling, effort estimation, and risk management activities.
- Monitor project plans and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate coordination and collaboration across teams while managing inter-team dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of learning and innovation.
- Share Agile best practices and mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Software, Firmware, Hardware, and/or Mechanical Engineering domains.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
- Experience supporting both new product development and sustaining/maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of technical experience in software development, software testing, or related technical roles.
- Experience in Agile Coaching and/or Agile Coach certification.
- Previous leadership experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with the SAFe framework and enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products or other industrial automation and control systems.
