Job summary

PANDORA Warsaw is seeking a Senior Specialist in the GBS Transformation & Enabling Services team to support the SAP implementation, ensuring business readiness and anchoring new ways of working. Responsibilities

• Rollout coordination across Compass phases: Take ownership of assigned rollout subprocesses across Design, Build/UAT, Cutover and Hypercare phases, ensuring clear plans, milestones, risks and dependencies are managed within scope, Drive day-to-day execution of selected deliverables with limited supervision, ensuring timely follow-up, quality outputs and readiness for key decision points.
• Stakeholder engagement & communication: Act as primary point of contact for selected stakeholder groups, including end users, testers, process teams and operational teams, within assigned rollout scope, Closely collaborate with OCM and all Implementation Managers, ensuring messages are clear and consistent
• Drive readiness, track progress and escalate risks within scope, with increasing responsibility for leading specific subprocesses end-to-end as the rollout portfolio evolves
