Job summary

ECCE's Warsaw Global Business Services hub is hiring a Transformation Lead to drive business and digital transformation across GBS. You will lead and coordinate complex projects, transitions, and change activities with Global Process Owners, functional leaders, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.

The role blends project delivery, transition management and continuous improvement with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA deployments and digital enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10+ years in project management, process management or transformation roles.
• Proven system implementation and change management experience.
• Strong ERP/SAP S/4HANA knowledge and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership with stakeholder management.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale transformation initiatives from assessment to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor progress and risks.
• Drive transformation activities and digital initiatives across GBS.
• Develop transition plans for migration of services and operating models.
• Support change management and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployments and related programs.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews and governance discussions.
• Build relationships across GBS and business functions to ensure transparency.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for leadership forums.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
