Job summary

Pandora A/S in Warsaw is seeking a Manager, Global Process Owner Invoice to Cash (I2C) to shape and improve Pandora’s global I2C processes. You will drive standardization, governance, and value realization across customer billing, AR, credit, collections, and cash application within a global GPO framework.

The role partners with business and technology teams to ensure scalable, future-ready end-to-end processes, supporting the SAP S/4HANA transformation and ERP template governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in O2C/ I2C, AR, billing or finance ops.
• Experience leading process improvement projects and ERP implementations.
• Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix organization and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Own global I2C process ownership and continuous improvement across billing, AR, credit, collections, cash application.
• Support ERP template governance and SAP S/4HANA transformation activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Teams, SI partners, and tech teams.
• Lead end-to-end process integration and country readiness activities.
• Foster workshops to gather requirements and drive standardized ways of working.
