Job summary

BPX in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will coordinate integration activities across SAP S4HANA and Finance applications, manage dependencies, risks, and communication across multiple teams.

The role focuses on project coordination, integration management, and collaboration across business and IT, with emphasis on end-to-end testing readiness and delivering a coordinated program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator.
• Experience on SAP or ERP implementation/rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams across business and IT functions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and Finance systems.
• Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional activities.
• Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and open action items.
• Coordinate communication between SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams to support successful project delivery.
• Provide visibility into integration progress and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
