Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services HR IT team seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Platform Talent Solutions Expert to take technical ownership of the Talent landscape and connect Employee Central with Performance & Goals, Learning and other Talent solutions for a stable, scalable HR technology environment in an international setting.

You will act as the technical expert for SAP SF Talent solutions, support Talent modules, demos, pilots and releases, troubleshoot configurations, manage EC dependencies and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, implementation or technical application management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Employee Central is a plus.
• Experience with Talent modules such as PMGM, LMS, Succession, CPM.
• Knowledge of cross-module dependencies and data flows.
• Experience with Integration Center, APIs, technical testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of OData, SOAP, REST and Compound Employee API.
• SAP Integration Suite / CPI knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
• CV/Resume required.
• Must possess permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert for SAP SF Talent solutions.
• Support Talent modules, demos, pilots and releases.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot Talent XML configurations.
• Manage SF EC dependencies and data flows.
• Support Talent integrations and jobs.
• Support migration, security and data retention.
• Design integrations with 3rd-party systems.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot reporting, permissions, access and IAS.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
