Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Suite Developer to design and maintain integrations across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP and external systems in an international environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end interface lifecycle, API connectivity, Groovy scripting and monitoring, with hybrid working options and relocation support in Kraków. The team collaborates with HR, IT and security to deliver secure, scalable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration across end-to-end interfaces.
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central integration capabilities.
• Experience with Groovy scripting, mapping, XML, JSON and XSLT.
• Experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs, SOAP, REST and Compound Employee API.
• Knowledge of HTTP, SOAP, OData and SFTP connectivity protocols and adapters.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive ownership mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, architecture and security.
• Ability to translate complex integration requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Ability to operate in complex enterprise and hybrid SAP HR landscapes.
• CV/Resume required; permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain iFlows using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration
• Build integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP and external systems

• Develop mappings, transformations and Groovy scripts
• Support Employee Central replication scenarios
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support testing, optimization, documentation and integration security
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and its integration capabilities
• Experience with Groovy scripting, message mapping, XML, JSON and XSLT
• Practical experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs, SOAP, REST services and Compound Employee API
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, SOAP, OData and SFTP connectivity protocols and adapters
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, architecture, security and external providers
