Job summary

You will be the primary client contact, support workshops, and drive the project from discovery to go-live. German and English proficiency are essential.

Two or more years in HCM with SF module certification are required, with experience in Time Management or Employee Central. Willingness to travel to client sites across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in one SuccessFactors module and led your first implementation as a lead consultant.
• Experience with Time Management, Employee Central or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Support workshops, lead root cause analysis, and assist delivery to go-live.
• Advise clients on activating AI-powered features within SuccessFactors to automate HR processes.
• Collaborate with near-shore and off-shore consultants and partners within cross-border projects.
• Help shape how large enterprises transform HR operations across the region.
