Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to govern SAP SuccessFactors globally, covering Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Development and Compensation. You will define the HR IT strategy for Talent Management and partner with HR leadership to align with business priorities.

You will drive system enhancements, ensure data governance (GDPR compliant), lead international rollouts, upgrades, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in global HRIS, HRIT, or HR tech environments.
• 3+ years governing SAP SuccessFactors across multiple Talent modules.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Management processes (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Succession, Onboarding, and Compensation).
• Proven experience leading global system rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of HR system governance, integrations, data flows, reporting, and GDPR compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and business functions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills, with fluent English required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own global governance, roadmap, and lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
• Drive the HR IT strategy for Talent Management aligned with global HR priorities and business objectives.
• Advise HR leadership on SuccessFactors capabilities, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead system enhancements and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience, and business value.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, data governance requirements, audit expectations, and system integrity.
• Oversee release management, upgrades, changes, and continuous platform improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs, system health metrics, and governance reporting, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, key users, and technical experts to deliver international HRIS projects and sustainable business solutions.
