Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from planning to go-live at a global scale.
• Experience shaping and implementing complementary technologies in an SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors or related technologies.
• People Function knowledge across all domains of the function.
• Ability to build relationships across functions and OpCos and act as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own global technology solutions in the Connected Worker Portfolio and align with business needs.
• Foster partnerships with Process Owners and internal/external stakeholders.
• Shape strategic direction and roadmap for enhancements and projects.
• Oversee delivery against the roadmap within budget; lead complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Include cross-functional solutions such as Inspire (ServiceNow) with D&T teamwork.
• Provide outside-in perspectives and track KPIs to improve employee experience.
• Advise stakeholders on technology and change impact across the business.
• Collect and prioritise functional requirements for global solutions.
• Safeguard the global template with a cross-functional E2E view.
• Coordinate deployment across OpCos with Global Transformation Lead and Portfolio Owner.
• Collaborate with Global Solutions & Support to align releases and enhancements.
• Participate in knowledge sharing to deepen People Function expertise.
• Provide SME direction to shape global template processes using technology.
• Oversee enabling technologies and global template processes within programme scope.
• Manage localisation requirements and maintain template integrity.
• Coach and mentor newly established Service Centres for continuous improvement.
