Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to manage SAP inbound deliveries, ensuring data flows smoothly between suppliers, systems and internal teams. This 9-month role starts with a 3-month probation, followed by a 6-month contract.

You will work with Transport Planners and internal teams, ensuring accurate data, timely transport, and compliance with incoterms. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in logistics or purchasing.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules.
• Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations and incoterms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.
• Maintain SAP handling units and parameters of purchased materials.
• Coordinate with Transport Planners for timely transport arrangements.
• Clarify discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders with suppliers.
• Build relationships with purchasing and logistics teams and direct-material suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound delivery data flow from PO through SAP until delivery booking.
