Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Kraków is offering an internship opportunity within the Supply Chain Management applications team.

You will work under Service Managers, Application Managers and Specialists, contributing to run and build of business-critical applications. The role involves assisting in communication with stakeholders, addressing queries, helping with testing, issue reporting, and monitoring project progress with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Global Business Services (GBS), Business Analyst, Project Management or related field.
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Strong interest in IT tools and technologies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and reliable.
• Familiarity with Excel, Visual Basic, and Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to queries from suppliers, managers, and other business units
• Assist in application testing, issue reporting, and providing user feedback
• Monitor IT project progress and share timely updates with relevant parties
