Job summary

Adecco Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Support professional in Kraków to manage post-delivery processes, confirm deliveries, and support reconciliations across multiple countries. You will work with road transport operations, terminals, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in multi-country or shared services environments.
• Experience with process optimization or continuous improvement.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience with GSAP, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Confirm product deliveries and support reconciliation using IT systems.
• Process deliveries in GSAP accurately and on time to enable invoicing.
• Monitor gains and losses related to road transport movements.
• Handle customer disputes, quantity adjustments and corrections.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide updates and feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of all team systems and tools.
• Develop expertise as a GSAP Super User and support flexibility.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards and ways of working.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Coach and support colleagues in issues and non-standard situations.
• Monitor deviations and quality issues with timely follow-up.
• Analyze KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Support projects enhancing operational performance and efficiency.
