Job summary

SMA Solar Technology AG in Krakow seeks a Specialist Logistics Inventory Management to ensure material availability in the aftersales business and drive efficient inventory processes in an international setting.

You will handle international order processing, monitor returns, manage inventory levels in SAP, and support subsidiaries with documentation and training to improve processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics.
• Strong experience in order processing and inventory management.
• German and English language skills at least B2.
• Advanced SAP knowledge.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Strong team player with flexibility, commitment and analytical capabilities.
• Self-driven and conscientious with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage commercial order handling within After Sales for devices and materials in an international inventory management environment.
• Continuously monitor and control return processes from international subsidiaries.
• Review inventory levels and ensure material availability, including inventory-related transactions in SAP.
• Act as the primary contact for international subsidiaries regarding material availability, inventory matters, and process-related topics.
• Create system-relevant process and user documentation and provide training to colleagues in the subsidiaries.
• Contribute to projects focused on continuous process improvement.
• Analyze KPIs, conduct research, prepare decision-making materials, and coordinate reviews and monitoring activities with relevant stakeholders.
