Qualifications

• 4+ years in transport operations management across road, ocean, and air.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-country teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing transport operations team.
• Oversee road, ocean, and air freight movements within Europe.
• Ensure shipments are cost-effective, efficient, and timely.
• Act as main contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement to ensure order fulfillment.
• Manage transport budgets and cost-reduction strategies.
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and systems.
• Provide regular reports on transport operations performance, costs, and metrics.
