Responsibilities

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.
• Maintain SAP handling units and parameters of purchased materials.
• Coordinate with Transport Planners for timely transport arrangements.
• Clarify discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders with suppliers.
• Build relationships with purchasing and logistics teams and direct-material suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound delivery data flow from PO through SAP until delivery booking.

Job Description

The opportunity: Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Krakow. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams. Please note that this position is offered as a 9 months employment: the first contract is a 3-month probation period, followed by a 6-month contract.

How you'll make an impact

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents
• Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials
• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders
• Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy's purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers
• Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked

Your Background
