Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems from Poznań. You will work closely with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions for international business operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Expertise in GL, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and integration with finance systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance-related ERP functions for stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead discussions on financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany, asset accounting, and tax-related processes.
• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements, perform gap assessments, support solution design.
• Participate in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance, audit and control standards compliance and support cross-functional integrations.
