Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems across international business operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance consultant experience in finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany, and statutory reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing gap analyses, testing, and documenting solutions.
• Ability to work independently and with international cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance ERP functionalities for stable day-to-day operations and improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Leading discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany, asset accounting, tax processes, and reporting.
• Gathering, analyzing and validating requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting design.
• Participating in implementation projects, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensuring governance, audit and control standards while supporting integrations and business initiatives.
