Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will combine hands-on system expertise with close collaboration between finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions.

In this role you will drive period-end activities, asset accounting, intercompany processes and financial reporting while gathering requirements, validating solutions and supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience in configuration, support and enhancements.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, statutory reporting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and integration of finance systems with related business functions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, user support and solution documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional, international team.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into system solutions
• Leading discussions around financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting
• Gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design activities
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit and control standards while supporting cross-functional integrations and business initiatives
