Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant in Poland to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems. You will combine hands-on system expertise with collaboration across finance and technology teams to support international operations and drive transformative improvements.

The role focuses on stabilising day-to-day ERP operations, implementing process improvements, and delivering scalable, compliant solutions for global business processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant (config, support, and enhancements) in finance modules.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and integration of finance systems with related business functions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, user support and solution documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead discussions on financial processes, including period-end activities, intercompany, asset accounting, tax processes and financial reporting.
• Gather, analyse, validate business requirements, perform gap assessments and support solution design activities.
• Participate in implementation projects, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance, audit and control standards compliance while supporting cross-functional integrations.
