Sii Poland in Szczecin is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems for international operations. You will work across finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end finance processes, gathering requirements, validating designs and supporting deployments. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience.
• Expertise in GL, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany and statutory reporting.
• Strong accounting principles and finance-system integration understanding.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance ERP functionalities, ensuring stable operations and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and translate to system solutions.
• Lead discussions on financial processes including period-end, intercompany, asset accounting, tax and reporting.
• Gather, analyze, validate requirements, perform gap assessments and support design activities.
• Participate in implementations, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance, audit and control compliance while supporting cross-functional integrations.
