Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems across international operations. You will work closely with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing ERP finance modules, gathering requirements, leading implementation cycles, and ensuring governance and compliance while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience with configuration, support and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of GL, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing and intercompany accounting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and integration with business functions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, testing and solution documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance ERP functionalities ensuring stable operations and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization and translate into system solutions.
• Lead discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany, asset accounting, and reporting.
• Gather and validate requirements, perform gap assessments and support solution design.
• Participate in implementation projects, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance and controls compliance while supporting cross-functional integrations.
