Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant in Warsaw to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems. You will contribute to operational excellence and strategic transformation within international teams, delivering scalable and compliant solutions that support global operations.

You will work hands-on in core financial processes and collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to drive process improvements and robust system designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Experience with GL, asset accounting, multicurrency, period-end closing, intercompany, and statutory reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical and cross-functional collaboration in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SAP Finance ERP functionalities and daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead discussions on financial processes including period-end activities and intercompany accounting.
• Gather, analyze and validate requirements; perform gap analyses and support design.
• Participate in implementations, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensure governance, audit, and control standards and support cross-functional integrations.
