Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to drive the finance technology roadmap and governance across international operations. You will oversee design, implementation, and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability and regulatory alignment, while leading diverse teams and coordinating with external partners.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years in finance tech, deep SAP experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant and proven leadership in managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling, and other business functions.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and balancing global standards with local compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing activities, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations.
• Leading design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization.
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end business solutions.
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams while coordinating the work of external partners and consulting providers.
