Job summary

Seargin Ltd in Poland is seeking an SAP Academy Program Manager to design the SAP Academy structure, including training modules, learning paths, and proficiency levels aligned with business needs.

You will coordinate content, schedule, recruit and onboard participants, manage logistics, monitor progress, report outcomes, and oversee budgets while collaborating with SAP consultants, IT teams, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing training or learning development projects.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS like Moodle.
• Budget administration in training programs.
• Basic SAP knowledge (ECC/S4HANA).
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Understanding of learning and development operations.

Responsibilities

• Design the SAP Academy structure with training modules, learning paths, program stages, and proficiency levels aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate development of training materials with SAP consultants, trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Create, maintain, and manage training schedules for effective delivery of Academy activities.
• Recruit and onboard participants throughout the Academy lifecycle.
• Organize training logistics, including classrooms, virtual platforms, and SAP environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external training providers to support Academy operations.
• Track participant progress, collect feedback, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and maintain alignment across teams.
