Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Business Analyst (SAP Signavio & LeanIX) to join a dynamic multinational team in Warsaw. The role involves gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping business processes across IT and business units.

You will model processes in SAP Signavio, analyze opportunities, and support transformations and data migrations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA/Process Analyst, strong communication skills, and experience bridging business and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with SAP Signavio Suite (Process Manager, Insights, Governance).
• Proven BPMN process modelling experience.
• Experience in implementation projects and in data migration projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process design workshops with business users and leadership teams.
• Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales activities (optional).
• Map and document business processes, including AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation.
• Model business processes using BPMN in SAP Signavio.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Support transformation programs.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and project teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in data migration initiatives.
• Prepare analytical documentation, business specifications, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Design and support IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver end-user training and support organizational change activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners including SAP.

The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong analytical thinking, process modelling expertise, and experience in transformations and data migration projects.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• o SAP Signavio Process Manager
• o SAP Signavio Process Insights
• o SAP Signavio Process Governance
• Proven experience in business process modelling using BPMN notation.
• Experience in implementation projects.
• Experience in data migration projects.
• Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Experience conducting workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Creative approach to process improvement and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications highly preferred

• SAP Certified Associate – Process Management and Process Data Analyst – SAP Signavio.

Nice to have

• Snowflake knowledge and experience working with cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture practices and tools.
