Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced SAP Program Manager for the Manufacturing Industry, a remote role with Europe-wide travel. You will lead SAP Activate-based transformations, drive pre-sales, and shape delivery frameworks for S/4HANA programs across manufacturing clients.

You will manage multi-country rollouts, coordinate senior stakeholders, and mentor teams, leveraging over 10 years of consulting leadership in SAP transformations in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive (10+ years) client-facing consulting experience with program leadership in SAP transformations.
• Proven ability to deliver on time, cost and quality under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading multi-country S/4HANA programs, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong English and Polish; willingness to travel in Europe.

This is a remote position.

On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is expanding its SAP unit in Poland, we are looking for a Program Manager for the Manufacturing industry, who will lead the definition and adoption of the integrated business transformation delivery methodology for S/4HANA-based digital transformations of manufacturing companies, based on SAP Activate.

In the role of a Program Manager, you will:

• Leading pre-sales for manufacturing clients: responses to RFPs / RFIs, proposals and program financials;
  
• Shaping the delivery approach and framework for S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing, from proposal through program preparation;
  
• Leading mid-size or co-leading large S/4HANA programs, including multi-country, multi-plant roll-outs and ECC to S/4HANA migrations;
  
• Taking overall accountability for delivery: planning, cost, timelines, quality, risks and change control;
  
• Setting up and running program governance and the Program Office, and reporting to Program Boards and Steering Committees;
  
• Guiding end-to-end process teams with a focus on Plan-to-Produce, and protecting production continuity at cutover and go-live;
  
• Managing senior client stakeholders, including C-level, and internal, third-party and contract resources across onsite, nearshore and offshore teams;
  
• Mentoring consultants and building high-performing teams.
  

Requirements

• Superior client and stakeholder skills: trusted relationships with client leadership, influence at C-level, comfort with complex organizations and ambiguity;
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and vendor management skills;
  
• Proven ability to deliver to time, cost and quality under tight deadlines and challenging constraints;
  
• Extensive (10+ years) client-facing consulting experience, with program leadership in large-scale SAP transformations;
  
• Track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4HANA, ideally in the Manufacturing sector (e.g. automotive, industrial, high tech / semiconductors);
  
• Strong experience in at least two process areas: Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report; Plan-to-Produce is a strong advantage;
  
• Experience leading multi-vendor teams in onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models;
  
• Practical knowledge of SAP Activate (incl. Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management) and of Agile, value-driven delivery;
  
• Ability to prepare large proposals, articulate value-based propositions and own program financials;
  
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consultants;
  
• Excellent English and Polish; willingness to travel in Europe.
