EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a senior SAP Logistics leader to blend strategic people management with deep SAP Logistics expertise. You will guide global SAP teams, drive business development, and manage key client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP Logistics leadership, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work design with opportunities to work remotely within Poland and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Logistics leadership experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale multi-disciplinary projects with direct experience in customer-facing roles
• Outstanding leadership skills accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• Fluency in English B2+ level or higher
