Job summary

Seargin is seeking an SAP Academy Coordinator to design and run a structured SAP Academy program, defining modules, stages, proficiency levels, and success criteria.

You will coordinate training materials with SAP consultants, schedule sessions, recruit participants, arrange logistics, and manage vendor relationships and the SAP Academy budget.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, with experience in IT or ERP training projects and English at B2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing training or educational projects, preferably in IT or ERP.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and training platforms.
• Experience in cooperating with external vendors and managing budgets.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ECC / S4 is a plus.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an SAP Academy Coordinator.

Tasks

• Designing the concept and structure of the SAP Academy (including modules, stages, and proficiency levels);
• Coordinating the development of training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts (SAP consultants, trainers);
• Creating and managing the training schedule;
• Recruiting Academy participants and managing the application and registration process;
• Organizing training logistics: rooms, e-learning platforms, and access to SAP test environments;
• Collaborating with the IT department and external training or certification providers (if applicable);
• Monitoring participants’ progress, collecting feedback, and reporting on program effectiveness;
• Communicating with project stakeholders and ensuring consistency in messaging;
• Managing the SAP Academy budget.

• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and training platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP Learning Hub);
• Experience in cooperating with external vendors and managing budgets;
• Basic knowledge of SAP ECC / S4 systems will be considered as an asset;
• Familiarity with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an asset;
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level – required.
