Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our global Sales team from Poland. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures, support sellers through the sales process, and help optimize orders and CRM data in Salesforce.com.

In this role you will collaborate with finance, legal, and delivery teams, provide analytical support, and contribute to smooth contracting and revenue processes while maintaining high data quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and propose improvements to sales processes and systems.
• Assist Sellers with contract routing, recording, distribution, and execution.
