Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to act as the frontline operational expert for the global sales team. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures, assist with contract routing and execution, and support revenue targets by streamlining orders and data in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders efficiently.
• Solve problems quickly while improving processes and systems.
• Assist sellers with contract routing, recording, distribution, and execution of approved contracts.
• Collaborate with finance, delivery, and legal to resolve issues.
• Review, validate, and document sales transactions using Salesforce.com.
