Capgemini Poland is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Bid & Solution Team. You will control and maintain the CRM, monitor business development costs, and support budget planning in collaboration with the Bid Teams.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree, fluency in German and good English, and strong Excel and Power BI skills. Hybrid work model with diverse benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Support for business development cost control.
• Control and maintenance of the CRM system.
• Maintain the sales funnel, organize funnel meetings and prepare a sales forecast.
• Collaborate with Bid Teams on budgeting deviations analysis.
• Screen contractual documents.
• Optimize tools for reporting and planning.
• Prepare presentations for Management Staff.
• Perform operational work with Capgemini systems.
