Job summary

Sol-Millennium Medical Group, Europe's leading distributor of sterile single-use medical equipment, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen order management, documentation and customer support in an international environment.

You will process B2B orders in SAP, coordinate with Supply Chain and 3PL partners, and deliver timely information and reports to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service role, preferably within a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Polish & English, French/Spanish a plus.
• Easy to learn and work with IT systems; familiarity with SAP Business One, MS Excel, Outlook and Teams is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com / Service Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process B2B customer orders through SAP, including order entry, delivery date verification, and issuing commercial documents.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with external and internal stakeholders via Outlook, Teams, and phone.
• Deliver customer support by sharing documents and information on products and deliveries, and by generating reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure order realization and oversee shipment executions with 3PL partners.
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Support colleagues with ad hoc tasks in the customer case/business operations area.

The company is uniquely focused on improving the Healthcare Professionals safety at work, by providing the latest safety medical device innovations, as well as investing in research and development.

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to enhance our growing team. We are open both to experienced professionals as well as determined, open-minded individuals with limited working experience, looking to further develop their careers in international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process B2B customer orders through our SAP system, including order entry, delivery date verification, and issuance of commercial documents (order confirmations, pro-forma invoices, invoices, delivery notes).
• Efficiently resolve customer issues by working directly with external and internal stakeholders using multiple communication channels, including Outlook, Teams, and phone.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by accessing and sharing necessary documents and information regarding products and deliveries, as well as generating relevant reports.
• Collaborate closely with our Supply Chain team to ensure order realization and oversee shipment executions with our 3PL partners, providing necessary customer shipment requirements.
• Tackle day-to-day operational challenges with a problem-solving attitude.
• Support colleagues by managing various ad hoc tasks within the customer case/business operations area, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service role, preferably within a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Polish&English, French/Spanish in plus.
• Easiness in learning / working with IT systems. Nice to have: previous experience with SAP Business One, MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
