Job summary

You will build programs, manage assets in LMS and CRM, and ensure content aligns with value stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and advanced English, with about 5 years in sales enablement, learning & development, or related roles.

Bachelor's degree in related areas.
English advanced.
5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, sales operations, program coordination or a related role.
Experience executing enablement programs and building content for learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Enablement Program Support and Execution – Build enablement programs from strategy to learning experiences.
Deliver and maintain enablement assets including training, value stories, assets and messaging frameworks.
Coordinate updates to enablement assets based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Publish enablement content in Teams, LMS, and CRM tools; perform quality checks.
